I'm sorry I don't have one or know of one, but here's a shot in the dark for you.
Try a breakers, you know scrap car place, could be possible there is one in a glove compartment of a scrapped one somewhere.

you can find anything on ebay?
go to a rover site type in rover.uk..to get the official site that should take you to the main site, and type in your request, a\lternately go to halfords, and you might even get one of those service manuels which is even better than the owners manuel, because it tells you what to look out for; i hope that answers your question?.
