Will taking out the back seats of my car give me any a higher mpg?
Answers:
Any weight reduction would result in your car using less gass mileage during acceleration. A more viable solution would be to drive a little smarter, though. Don't be heavy on the gas when starting, and keep your windows up on the highway. The drag causes raises your gas mileage more than the AC.
Yes, slightly.
Not as much as taking it to the shop for a tune up though..
NOT NOTICEABLY. TAKING UNNEEDED PAPERS OUT OF YOUR WALLET, BRUSHING YOUR TEETH, MIGHT HAVE ALMOST AS MUCH EFFECT.
