ive had the same problem with various bikes throughout my working career and im afraid the only way to free the swing arm bolt is to penetrate the bolt with a good releasing fluid, leave for at least 30mins, unscrew the nut so as it sits level with the bolt end,then unscrew again just one more turn(or about 1 thread) ,then with a large drift or old spindle and a good hammer hit it hard and precise.This may damage the nut and bolts edge so its advised to order replacements before starting task. dont forget to grease well before re-fitting.good luck!!!
Is it the nut on the bolt or is the bolt seized in the swing arm? a good penetrating oil maybe a bit of heat.

patience and persistance. try not to strip it. As your service advisor i advise you to order a new nut and bolt assembly just in case, chances are it will strip some threads, or you'll have to cut it off. plus if you order now, you will have it if you do need it and won't haver to wait for one to come in
Best thing you can do is buy a gsxr 1000 k6,or spay loads of wd 40 over it.If that doesnt work,I would drill a small hole in the middle of bolt as a pilot hole,then drill that hole out with a lager drill bit the same size as the inside of the nut.You will have to grip the other side of the bolt so it doesnt spin.Good luck.
this will sound wierd but spray some vinegar on it and leave to penetrate, vinegar is thinner than oil but has the same releasing qualities.
