it only depends upon ur capability as soon as u r mature enough to travel by ur own . !
16 but if planned and booked with the flight company and parental agreement i think you can fly alone as young as 5 but you have to arrange with certain companies as the stewards walk you on and off the plane to your family

each airline has a diffent age limit..Ryanair is 14/15 and a adult has to be there to sign for them. some airlines have escrots for young children! just need to check with the airline!
