Wat is the light on the vespa dashboard that has two arrows on it for?

i know it's not the indicator.so what is it?

Answers:
Hazard warning lights.
Don't touch it!

It's the ejector seat.
If it is a Mercedes CLK it is the hazard light
Turn signals maybe? I'd have to look at it to figure it out. Maybe it just indicates when your turn signals are on. If you don't have them, it may be just an unused indicator. But it sounds like you are describing one.
If it's arrows point left and right it's telling you a turn signal is on. If it's arrows point up and down, it's telling you to shift.
It's for the emergency flashers.
