It's hard to say that would be the best car in the world. It's deffinately a specialty vehicle. I would consider the best car the world one that could handle multiple needs and be extremely reliable.

OH! That thing is Sexy and I've always been a big fan of the bugatti make, myself. I like the older EB 110 model. The Veyron needs a lot of work. It overheats too too toooooo quickly for it to be close to practical. But that little bugger's fast and HOT HOT HOT!
if you want to call it a car. its a car the same way a concorde was a passenger jet. yes. technically but it is such an amazing technological feat. so i would say yes it is the best car in the world.for now at least
