If a plane crashes right on the french/german border, where are they required to bury the survivors?

If a rooster laid an egg on the top of the roof, and there was no wind which way would the egg roll.
It would be a shame to bury survivors, as they are still alive, poor things as if they haven't been through enough trauma.
