My freind lost her key to her 1997 ford fiesta encore and cant take the imobilizer off?

where can i download the handbook manual free cant change ignition key because of the imobilizer

Answers:
If it is the master key she has lost she needs to go to a ford dealer and give them the registration tell her to take her registration document and driving licence with her as proof of ownership.
The fiestas imobiliser cannot be reset without the master key and other normal keys cannot be reprogramed without it either so anything it says in the manual would be of no use to you.
They should be able to look up her car on their database and order her a new key.
talk to a dealer
ring ford
if there was no spare key you need to get the vehicle recovered to your ford dealer so they can connect the WDS or IDS to erase the memory of the original keys and supply and code you a new full set of keys as each key has a unique code for the immobiliser which needs programming into the car, once the original keys have been erased if someone finds them and knows your car they can't drive off with it, 1997 is when they changed from a 3 key system to a 2 key system, you'll only know when they are doing the job you'll probably me looking £115 to £135 because they can only code in a full set of keys
