Fast n Furious ruined nitrous. Do yourself a favor and don't call it "nos". That's the most important thing you need to know about nitrous.other than it's not the same stuff they have at parties.
Aside from that, almost everyone hit it. You cannot have it connected on the street. I believe the rules vary about whether or not you can have the bottle in the car still though. Besides, unless you've juiced up your engine a bit, nitrous is ridiculous.
State Law may vary, however in general I BELIEVE you can. although I have no idea why you'd need a nitro except to violate the speed limit.

just to let you know that a "racin" game is not real, there's lots of stuff in there that is not relistic..and NOS on the street is a big NO NO.
