Does anyone know where I can get 'risers' so I can raise the height of the bars on a Moto Guzzi Breva 1100 ?

Yes at www.MandP.com. but try ebay i got a set off a suzuki and they fitted my triumph perfectly and a lot cheaper.
If you can find the parts anywhere, you'll find them on eBay Motors. http://ebaymotors.com/
J&P Cycles has metric and a Harley catalog with risers. You may have to do some fitting, though.
