In the USA, Anything before 1996! Why? The Clinton/Gore EPA-OBD II Law Mandates that all 96-^ Gasoline Powered Vehicles Must Run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. Any Deviation, even if Fuel Economy is Improved, and Emissions are Lowered will result in a Failed Vehicle Inspection ! The Vehicle will then be Illegal to Operate! I've come up with a way to Convert Regular Pump Gasoline into Propane! 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel! My System is Safe, Compact, and uses Low Pressure Air to do it's Thing! 50 + MPG with even the largest SUV! And I'm not the First to do so! Case in Point, the Pogue Carburetor, which I Saw on File at the US Patent Office, with a Patented Claim of 100 MPG With a Flathead Ford Engine Powered Vehicle that was 15 MPG! Bought Out, and Kept off the Market! And this was before WW II ! Engines run best on Vapor[100to1]Fuel, not Atomized[14.7to1]Fuel.If this is not so, then how is it that Engines DO Run on Propane? to do so by Conventional Means requires the Use of a Large, Expensive Cumbersome Fuel Tank which must be Hauled with the Vehicle.Plus, Expensive Fuel Metering Equipment. And, the added Hassle of Specialized Refilling. So much Hassle, that even with Gas going to $3.00+ Per gallon, it's just not worth it!
