Anybody know how to spray a petrol tank using "2 pack"paint (paint and laquer)Is it like cellulose.Any tips ?

The description you're giving doesn't sound like anything I've used, but a 2-part paint is usually some sort of epoxy.

Just like any other kind of paint job. Surface prep is the absolutely critical step. Make sure it's as smooth as you can possibly get it. Prime and sand using 400-800-1200 grit sandpapers. Then make sure it's clean and dust free before you start spraying color. Apply several light coats of paint instead of one heavy coat, and then color sand before the clear coats.

Sounds like a lot of work, and it is. but it's the only way to get a really show-quality paint job.
