as fast as you want. add a tooth to your front sprocket and drop a few on the back and you can go 200+, it'll just take you forever to get there because you'd loose all acceleration. it's all about gear ratios. and always change both gears and chain as a set, they wear together.
Don't worry about it.you'd be crazy to take it to that speed anyway! Somewhere near the 170 mph mark!
about 180. but never on the back wheel.
