I was wondering, can a person who can't walk still be able to drive a car?

i'm talking about a person who has no feelings in their legs.

Answers:
yes-almost any car can be modified to be operated by hand controls. auto trans is usually the only requirement
yes, they make special cars just for people who have that kind of disability. The controls are all on the steering wheel.
yea off course see they make some special cars for em to make it easy for them to drive a car
well of course! The manufacturer can put all of the controls right on the steering wheel. Think of the cruise control, then next to it the brake, transmission, etc.
