Where are vauxhall cars made?

Germany. Well Opels are made there and there practically the same car with a different badge.

Here it's called Opel and it's in Rüsselsheim Germany!
Aren't they made in Luton? There is a massive factory that you can see from the M1. Or is this closed now?

Vauxhall has their headquarters in LONDON they are owned by General Motors USA who knows where cars are assembled these days

THE only connection with OPEL is some shared components ( like all GM cars ) and GM ownership the companies are seperate

Use to be a division of General Motors, located somewhere in England. Went out of busines, I believe, in rhe 1960's.
All over the place. They make too many cars for them to have just one factory.

Astras are made in Ellesmere Port on the Wirral
Vectras are made in Luton
Other models are made in factories all over Europe.

Remember as well that Opel is the same brand as Vauxhall.
Also remember that Nissan and Renault fall under the same parent brand of General Motors.
That's why the Vauxhall Vivaro van, Renault Traffic, and Nissans van (name escapes me) are all identical.
They're all made on teh same production line and just have a different badge slapped onto them.

It depends which model - and even then it can be the luck of the draw in which factory any particular car is made.
The only models currently built by Vauxhall are the Astra (hatchback and estate) and Astravan.

The different types are made in different places. For example, the Vauxhall VX220 is made in a lotus car plant. They are made all over the place!
