Is a motor scooter allowed to use a bicycle lane?

Answers:
In the UK, anything UNDER 50cc is allowed. But the police will still pull you, so best keeping that section of the highway code on your person!
Not in Illinois, for sure. Scooters and Mopeds are classified as "motor driven cycles" (not quite a motorcycle, but still a motorized vehicle.)
Strictly NO - cycle lanes are for 'non motorised' vehicles.

Read the Highway Code.
only vehicles without engines are allowed there
NO.. anything with a motor is not allowed in the bike lane!
