How do i get a provisional lisence?

Answers:
you normally get an application form send home from a driving company such as DSA when you reach your 16th birthday. but however if you didn't get one at all, you can contact the company to send you one. then all you have to do is to fill it out and send it back to wherever they tell you to send to.
if you apply for it before your 17th birthday, you will receive your provisional license 3 months before your 17th birthday.
you also have to pay for it too. it costs you round about about £40
have to be 16, and atleast 6 months after getting your permit, no more than 18 months after

call your dmv and set up a time for your road test, a good time to call would be a week/couple days before your 6mon time runs out/ or you turn 16
