Daytona 675 nice look but performance have heard different comments about it.Have females friends who own them and think they fantastic.

A sportbike's performance only matters if you have the skills, but more importantly the intent to use them. Out on public roads I wouldn't want to even come close to the full capabilities of either bike so that wouldn't be a factor in my decision at all. Typically I am a prime candidate for a speeding ticket out on the back roads, but even my sport-tourer has room to spare in terms of performance that I've never ever tapped. If I were you I'd ask those friends about insurance and maintenance costs and if possible try to get a test ride in order to make my decision.
sounds like 675 is better for you. do a pros vs cons. price,etc..

I don't think it matters whether you're female or not, it really just depends on your skill level. Both bikes are way more than needed for the street. The 675 is way better looking in my opinion and would be much more trackable, but then again it's a triumph and will have british reliability.
