Anyone elce had problems with there chrysler voyager?

Has anyone elce had problems with there chrysler voyager se because we have had the, steering & brake locking while in motion and almost had a crash, and then when once the chrysler dealer had it the said it was normal and nothing to worry about?? before that the cable snaped 3 times on the accelorator pedal and emergency cut out on the whole car?? and then to top it all up yesterday the little white box connected to the brake pedel snapped off and the brake lights were then constantly on. Aparently They were all nothing to worry about and all common.
I was just wondering if this is common or not and whether To get another when next getting a car. If you have had these probs please let me know.

i have mates that drive Chrysler stuff. It is the worst of combined American and Daimler bastardization of a vehicle.
I stay away from any American brands. My Toyota is nearly 14 years on the road, and only a starter and regular service. The starter probably because I was using it a lot in making deliveries for a living.
I think for us of average or below income, the reliability and performance of a Toyota, followed closely by Nissan can not be beaten.
Ask round, find out what owners of these models are saying, that's what I would do. And dump that Chrysler before you or someone gets killed. They are bad news from what I know.
all Chrysler's are problematic
Thats the family car that scored ZERO on the NCAP safety rating
Yes mate i had a electrical fault in the engine,i had it repaired, parked it outside my house the next thing i knew there was a knock at the door and yes it was the fire brigade it was gutted and now sits in a scrap yard, legal proceedings have commenced, they are a utter bag of poo,get rid mate before its to late.
i was going to buy one . i was put off when 2 of our local taxi drivers sad they were rubbish and stay away from them . nice inside but a whole lot of problems ahead when they get older .. the side door come off in one case and he had to get it welded on to get on . shame as they are a nice looking motor
Check out your states Lemon Laws.
How long have you had the car?
we have a plymouth voyager van. the fan belt kept blowing off when we went through a puddle. After about 12 trips to the mechanic he finally fixed it. It required a new belt (3rd times a charm) and they added a metal plate to block the water from blowing up into the motor. In the meantime the power steering was gone each time.
THERE JUNK
OH MY GOD! we had that when the steering locks and the brakes went stiff but we were backing out of saisburys car park and then BANG.in the back of someone elces car..a new bmw!!

don't get one.there ****!!
Chrysler is not a marque that people rush to buy in the UK, since they do not feature highly in owner satisfaction rating surveys. It grieves me to think that Mercedes is linked with Chrysler. (Perhaps one of the reasons why Mercedes Benz had a troublesome period was due to a sort of 'Chrysler virus'!) And as for the dealer saying it was 'normal' for steering and brakes to lock while the vehicle is in motion. well, that would utterly destroy my confidence in both the vehicle and the dealer.
