A 1962 Mini Clubman, it was fantastic and went really well. My first car.ahhhh.:D
2000 cadillac catera
mine is the Toyota Prius. One of my friends call it the Pious after a South Park episode. I do feel very Pious when driving it. And at 50 miles to the gallon and no London Congenstion Charge who wouldn't be.
mark 2 RS 2000 in signal yellow
1973 Triumph 2500 saloon.
My 1967 350SS Camaro. I never should have sold it.
how about the future
ops sorry to much to drink
1984 camaro Z/28 put 287,000 on it and never did anything but put in a radiator, spark plugs, oil changes, shocks
2005 subaru BAJA
1985 chevrolet celebrity. That car had such bad shocks in it that it was fun! It made it do this bouncing motion as we rode along, and although dangerous, something was broke on my drivers seat, and at any given moment the seat would recline and I would be suddenly looking at the ceiling..such memories.
A 1993 Toyota Mr2 Turbo. It drives like a supercar, with the engine behind you, but its affordable as well.
Top Car!
My J reg ford escort was the best car I ever had. I miss her sooooo much! RIP babes
My fave was a Ford Cortina Mk2 1969 model. It was falling apart but kept on going. The drivers door was faulty and I couldn't open it from the outside so I had to leave the window down, but when I turned a corner it would fly open and I got into a habit of leaning out with the door and pulling it shut when I got around the corner. It was so funny, the car had character.
The BEST car I've owned is the one I'm driving now, a Holden Vectra. Everything works the way it's supposed too and it drives beautifully.
I have a 1995 Mazda MX-6 with 256,000 miles (and counting). It even had 240,000 on its original clutch!
'99 Vauxhall/Opel Omega V6.
(Same as Caddy Caterra - but better brakes & suspension for European market)
Big, comfy, reasonably powerful. Big V6 lump just goes on and on.
Mine was a 1990 V12 XJS Jaguar. It did have some typical Jag problems and was expensive to feed it gas but it was a lot of fun to drive and show off.Now I'm looking for a good X type or XJ6. It also had 123.000 miles on it and for a 90 thats low millage.
Mine was a 75 Mercury Marquis with 380,000miles with no major repairs.
I think Peugeots are great, I know they have their problems with electrics but I have had 3 505 estates and they are the most versatile car you can get ,shame they dont make em anymore. 8 seats chuck all the kids in the back, fold down the 2 rows of rear seats to create an enormous load area equivalent to a transit van, well almost. I now have a 306 2 litre HDI (diesel) 60 mpg goes like a rocket.
i am driving an 850 BMW csi at the moment. Actually my husbands dream car but i am using it more than he is now. I never thought I would enjoy driving - just a practical thing - but I love driving this car.
I have a 2000 Pontiac Trans Am WS-6. She is a fantastic car. Before her I had a 1993 Firebird Formula and a 1988 Firebird.
MY FIRST TRUCK IT WAS A 67 CHEVY SHORT WHEEL BASE IT HAD A 63 STING RAY MOTOR IN IT W/A 3 SPEED GRANNY I REGRET I SOLD IT I WOULD GIVE MY 96 IMPALASS FOR A TRUCK LIKE THAT
The one I have now, a Vauxhall Astra G hatchback. It's great fun to drive and has given me 3 years trouble-free motoring.
My 2CV years ago because it was just so much fun and cheap to run. Went everywhere in it with all my family.
But.
I rebuilt an Alfa Giullietta saloon from the ground up, suspension, engine, gearbox, brakes all modded, painted correct Alfa Rosso etc.the best handling car I have ever driven and the noise, just awesome from that D.O.H.C. 2 litre, no airbox and race exhaust with.er.a silencing device !
Nissan Bluebird 1986 (Japanese import - not UK assembled).
It went on forever and forever without any problems.
Lexus Soarer Twin Turbo. Whoever build that car had a picture of me on their wall and designed it just for me!
BMW 320i no question, I'd have it back tomorrow.
It depends upon what a person expects from a car. The car I have enjoyed driving the most is my present one, an Audi TT 163 roadster but I suspect my yellow Ford Puma was the best all round performer. I do not race around but it provides me with everything I want. Its fast enough for road use, corners well and is comfortable to drive. It looks great and, indeed, throughout my life I have enjoyed cars which look interesting. Many of the cars I have driven have been so much fun, an Austin Healey Sprite in 1962, MG Midget in 1966, MGB Roadster in 1970, a Lancia Fulvia in 1974, a mid engined Fiat 2 seater, late 70's, a Lancia Trevi 2000 in the early 80's, Lancia 2000 supercharged coupe in the 80's, Fiat Delta 1600 Turbo in the 80's, two Ford Puma's in the late 90's and early this century, MG TF 135 in 2002 and now my TT. All were fun to drive but depreciation is questionable and many of the early Italian cars suffered from rust. In between I bought numerous cars for family use. Even cars like my Fiat Croma 2000, Citroen BX GT, Fiat Weekend, Delta 1600 GT, Citroen Zantia TB, a progression of 5 Audi A4 TD's are all cars I have enjoyed driving.
Mine is a Mercedes SL600. Its like attaching a jet engine to an armchair! It even came with a TV!
Has to be my present one - a '97 Discovery 300tdi Aviemore. Comfortable, roomy, reliable, economical very easy and pleasant to drive. Neither my wife or myself have been what you would call car fans, but this car has changed our minds. 125,000 trouble free, safe miles.
In 1959 I was driving a 1948 Ford convertible with 12 coats black enamel, white leather seats, columbia 2 speed rear end, and a 1955 Olds rocket engine with two 4 bbl carb's
Damn,,, that thing was fast for it's day.
I still have my first car, a 1960 Mercedes Benz 220 SEb. It is still running great. It has more miles than I care to count, looks and drives like new.
Back in 1993 I bought a Nissan 300Zx Twin Turbo, Great sports car, never did any maintenance on it, and I have never seen another sports car as reliable as this one.
Recently I bought a Mercedes Benz E 55 AMG. Great car.
