being an Ex Pat I have come across these sites too, I think the first one you have mentioned is a scam, I will look at the second one shortly. Firstly, one has to ahve a full registered legitimate licence to begin with, in most EU countries, they will send the licence being exchanged, back to the country of origin to determin its authenticity. When you read the site carefully, they are eastern european and as such, thats where the best fake documents are coming out of at the moment, trust me I know what I'm on about, was locked up in prison with some of them here in Spain! If you really do some reasearch on the net, you;ll find they ahve taken the images of the various licences from the government websites of those countries, they are also stating they can get a licence if one is disqualified in this way, that in itself is exceedingly dangerous and highly illegal! poeple don't lose their licence for nothing! There is also no need to exchange licences if one is an Ex pat in another Eu country if one has the new Eu photocard one. A lot of the info given is not correct, I suggest you do not go anywhere near these people and stick to doing things completely correctly. I have just tried to bring up the other site and its not found?.
