Answers:
Have you tried your friendly local Honda dealer? They might not have one in stock, but I'm sure they could order one for you.

These guys have it listed. I've traded with them, before. No problems and they've notified me if the item was back ordered.

Is it playing up or completely packed up? I only ask because these are notorious for bad earthing and a healthy motor can play up like a kid in a toy shop. One cure is to run an auxiliary earth strap from the casing to the frame.
To do this you need to remove the starter motor and rivet the strap to the case, nine out of ten times it cures a Dicky motor.
Wing sites should tell you this already, its a common problem.
Check your local yellow pages for electric motor repair. It'll cost about $150 to rebuild it (if you have one). New ones cost over $300. If you don't have the motor, do a web search for motorcycle salvage.
