Whats the best way to get into the motorbike industry?

ive tried apprenticeships, and there are very few college courses to help.trying to be a mechanic

Answers:
If you're in the U.S., there are many motorcycle mechanics colleges across the nation. MMI is probably the most popular: http://www.uticorp.com/default.aspx?tabi.
but many local colleges have excellent small engine training courses.

It depends quite a bit on what type of work you're interested in also, as to where you go afterwards - but a basic course from any of these schools would be the best place to start.

After that, if you're wanting to work at a local dealership, then contact them, tell them what you've done so far, and what else they're looking for in their mechanics.

Keep in mind that most local small-engine mechanics don't make very much money. Machinists and technicians with more training can make a better living, and get great jobs in the aftermarket industry.

Basically, just like every line of work, the more education you get, the better off you'll be.
Why not try your local Job centre or local career's office, that's what I did for Motor mechanics
Florida has the best school for bike mechanic's.
where to you live? There are several big schools nationwide that specialize in motorcycle mechanics training. Just search for "motorcycle mechanic school".
