What are the main premises of Ecodriving?

I would like to learn more about it, anyone have specifics?

Answers:
I've looked at http://www.ecodriving.com/ but it doesn't say what the principle are - because you have to pay for their course to find that.

I would expect them to include the following:
Correct maintenance of the car to ensure optimum efficiency (e.g correct tyre pressures, regular servicing)
Pre-planned journeys - less fuel wasted by being lost or stuck in traffic.
Optimum use of gears.
Reduction of braking, stopping and starting - by looking ahead, keeping your distance, and planning manoeuvres in advance.
Acceleration for optimum efficiency, not optimum speed.
i As far as I know you are talking about alternate fuel. Either bio diesel ,alcohol or hydrogen being at the top of the list.
