Does anyone know how to get from Rochester to Orpington without getting cut up or harassed?

Why not try listening to some soothing music. I used to travel 1.5hours each way to and from work and found that listening to Classic FM would sooth the journey, especially home.
Just remember, it takes less muscles to smile than to frown :-)
the quickest way envolves the A2 so i think you are pretty much garenteed to get cut up and harrassed, sorry!
You could try the bus !

if so, go another route. If not assess your own driving, if that's fine then ignore the winkers that are cutting you up etc.

just put some music on and nod politely when someone curses you or take an advanced driving course
