How to take carbs apart on sv650 as it has restriter washers in them?

the carbs should be really easy to take apart there are usually only a few scews that hold them together.the restrictor rings are in the inlet heading into the carbs so they wont get in the way.if your looking to take these out you dont need to pull the carbs apart,just take off the airbox an usin needle nose plyers you should be able to rip them out thats what i did.
Yea, what year, did you mean Restrictor Washers?
Here is a whole diagram of the carb: Go tho OEM Parts, choose you Make, then year, then Model, then type CARBURETOR in the parts search box and you will have a complete schematic of the carb with part numbers.

As far as I know, the SV 650 doesn't have carbs!!! Only fuel injection!
