I've never heard of that brand, so I assume you're not in the US. Here, there're magazines that will list for the different makes, what the fair market value would be for different ages and conditions of used vehicles. The Kelly Blue Book, for example gives values for many different vehicles. You should check in your area for something comparable.
As for an x reg, I've never heard this term.
In response to Jack Mahogoff, this is a UK question, and therefore shouldn't appear on the US Answers forum. Yahoo got it wrong again, no doubt. Otherwise, to the original poster, you'll be lucky to get 50p for it, without giving more information. Jialing bikes are generally cheaply-made (and inferior) Chinese copies of Japanese bikes, Hondas for the most part. If it's a copy of a Honda Monkey bike, it could be worth more depending on condition. Details, man, details!
