Do you mean how many underground stations there are on the system, or how many "mainline" stations have co-located underground services?

As in are either/ both Upminster and UpminsterBridge in the frame?
good question, I cant be bothered to count them all.
However I can tell you there are 5 with an X in the name. I visited all 5 in one day, and had a pint in the nearest pub.
According to yahoo there are 134 train stations in London. I don't know whether or not that includes over grounds or not. It may also include disused stations.
