Do any insurance companies give year round green cards, as I do a lot of driving outside the EU?

I have to travel to Eastern Europe and still require a green card for a lot of the countries ie Bosnia and Serbia.

None many will give you a 12 month green card but most will provide you with one at no extra cost, you just call them and they fill in the form and send it to you. To get a 12 month one you would be looking at a specialist policy and that would cost more.
i think you get 60 days per year is that not enough?
