Why do they have a Dalek making announcements at Victoria Tube Station?

Maybe he's just bored. He goes for Dalek the one week, maybe Cyberman the other, K9 the next..

I think Dr Who has come to London then, because there is most definitely a Cyberman making announcements at Kings Cross St Pancras station.
I'll keep an ear open for the Dalek in Victoria.
Because they have taken over the World, you don't think people want to behave like they are doing nowadays do you? It's all mind control.
There's one at Rugby as well They must be taking over the entire rail network and you can't buy a sink plunger anywhere.Quick run for the hills.
Because Daleks are very cheap to hire, they will work for a fraction of the cost of a Cyberman, oop's Sorry, I mean CyberPerson, ( got to be Politically correct don't you know ) indeed, some Daleks will work for almost free, just a handfull of coppers, in order that they can confuse and annoy the British travelling public, it is part of their strategy of supreme domination.
I've not been to Victoria tube station for a while but if my thinking is correct its all down to employment laws of the country to give everyone equal rights when applying for a job ie. no alien discrimination
