Lift or no lift??

My friend at work is due to get a brand new car this week. She has to attend a course next week and the stinkiest guy in the office has asked is she would give him a lift to the course as well. It is an hours drive there and back. should she give him a lift??

Answers:
Yes she should give him a lift, but stick him in boot lol nah she should but maybe have a quiet word in his ear about his smell. also have plenty of air freshners in the car.
yea she should just use air freshener and maybe he will shower out of courtesy.
If it is only once or a few times, why not. Someone else will do you a favor when you need it. But if its long term and she feels really uncomfortable with it , dont do it!!!
She needs to decide what is more important to her - a new car or a human relationship. If she had enough skills at the latter she could very kindly lay down some rules for agreeing to give the guy a lift. If he finds it offensive, that's his problem. If she is honest in a kind way, and he wasn't aware of the fact that he had a body odour problem, and he works on it, not only has she solved two problems but has done two favours, which will be repaid by karma some day. Being honest is her best option. She might actually find he is a great passenger once he stops smelling - entertaining and funny and informative and helpful and so on!
No she shouldn't give him a lift, it's a brand new car with a new car smell and she doesn't want it stinking of smelly men!!
Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where Jerry's car was ruined in this way. Hyperbole, of course - so the question is, is this guy truly "stinky" or is it just his company that you and your friend don't like?

She should say yes - but why doesn't she arrange a split with him, so that they alternate his car/her car and split the driving (and the cost of gas)? That way, her car stays cleaner, and she doesn't piss off a coworker by seeming to be petty.
make up some lame excuse not to give him a lift. having a stinky person in a car for an hour can be horrible.
It looks like you have been given your answer with the exception of one. I would go for the majority, he may be a nice guy and might help you one day. You were going to take him regardless, am I right ??
He may not know he stinks. She should tell him, of course using tact. She could say something like I know you bath, but, you deodorant isn't working to well. You should try another brand. He'll get the hint and still maintains his dignity.
It could be doing him a favor and in turn she will be comfortable with him ridding with her.
No he smells
