Easy jet problems?

I've used them loads of times and have never had a problem. Probably because I show up on time if not early!!
Just be aware of their policies- if you get one easyjet flight to one airport to catch another one of their flights to your destination they are treated completely seperately. So leave a realistic amount of time to collect your bags and get to check in for your second flight as well as a bit of time in case of any delays. I've only ever had one delay i can think of with them and that was less than an hour.
I think they're ok. I never had any problems with them.
I use it a lot because it's cheaper than most airlines and also much better than Ryan Air. Problem is that at Luton airport nowadays there always seem to be lengthy queues at the Easy jet check in. No different though to a typical package flight.
I've always found them to be reasonable. What irks me is the people who go for easyjet because it's the absolute cheapest then expect to be treated like royalty when something goes wrong. It never ceases to amaze me when watching these documentaries how these people expect things like free hotel rooms when they miss their flights because they are late.

All aircraft are the same, they carry passengers and cargo from point A to B. So we have the low cost carriers that just provide you the basics all the way to the preimum carriers that provide you with champange and cashews. So Easyjet (UK) is a low cost carrier same with Southwest (US) , they strive on the lowest cost, so their aircraft is all the same as the premimum carriers except for the interior design. So rest assured you are flying safely, but the customer satifaction and service will be different. All aircraft must be maintained as stated by the manufacter and goverment regulatory boards. Its just the service thats the difference. You get what you pay for.
