Sometimes. If there is a loud noise/ music coming from the car next to it means there is an adolescent next to me who is seeking attention. Thats when I definitely do NOT look!
People act like you cant see them when theyre in their car. I see people pickin their nose all the time nasty. and yes I have flirted met a guy that way one time. I hope your not a nose picker next time I see one im gonna call them on it.LOL

all the time, in LA there's so much traffic you can't help but look around, i usually smile and go from there.
I live in a small town, so, I always look. Usually I know them and wave. If I don't know them, I turn on the Blue lights and pull them over for sobriety test.
If they don't live here, and are driving through our town, they must be drunk or lost..maybe both.

sometimes but very rarely.you never know what weirdo's are in the car, best not to make eye contact.and boy racers hate blond grandmothers having better cars than them and try to race me.
