I by used car i cant receve my log book when i can recive?

Answers:
The chances are that you won't. There is no requirment for you to get a log book on a used vehicle, especially if bought "as is."
ahh grasshoppa when u can snatch quarter from hand, then u can get .how u say? log book!!
The logbook (V5) should have been given to you by the previous owner when you bought the car
"If you buy a used vehicle - seller does not have a registration document or certificate
If the seller does not have a V5 registration document or V5C registration certificate, you should register the vehicle in your name by using form V62 ‘application for a registration certificate’. You can get one by download from the vehicle forms link below or from any Post Office® branch or a DVLA local office. DVLA will then send you a new registration certificate in your name."
The cost for a replacement V5 logbook is £19.
There may be a reason why the logbook wasn't available, if the car has been damaged/repaired then it will need to have a VIC check done before a log book is issued.
Another immigrant hurtling round in a sh*itheap of a car with no tax, insurance, MOT or V5.
