Can you commute through London on rollerblades?

Can any one estimate how long it'd take from Oxford Street to Hammersmith?

Answers:
It's about 5miles on the road, so definitely doable - but you'll be able to cut some time off if you go straight through Hyde Park rather than round it. After that, it depends how fast you rollerblade, really. but half an hour sounds reasonable.
of course you can commute, just obey the rules of the road.
Oxford St. to H. depends on your pace
I've seen people doing it. Assuming similar speeds to cycles, I'd estimate no longer than 30 minutes.
I'm sure its quite doable, but it depends on which days and times. On a Saturday around lunch times, you'll be hard pushed to be able to roller blade through all the crowds, especially if your going from the east side of Oxford St and then thorugh bayswater and notting hill. Probably worth trying to find an alternative route, which may be longer, but will probably be quicker. someway through the park and through sth kensington.
make sure you on the pavement and not the rd
of course you could time depends on you and what might distract you from your ultimate goal
It would take a few weeks because an irate pedestrian (or two) would give you a nudge into the traffic and you would need hospital time.
Roller blades, skate boards, scooters and all the other kiddies toys should be played with in a kids playground!!
