I bought a car from UK with spanish registration.I need to register it in Romania.?

i need to get a euro 1 certificate to prove that the car is made and in EU and belongs to the EU community . and i don't know how to go about it .
I don't have an number for the spanish customs and i don't really know what to do, as without euro1 i can't register the car in Romania. can anybody advise?

The manufacturer's office in Spain (or perhaps even in the UK) should be able to provide a "Certificate of Conformity" if you give them the Vehicle Identification Number. This will state that the car conformed to the EC legislation in force at the time, and give the car's Type Approval number - if the car was registered after Euro I was required, this should be all you need.
