Middle lane cruisers?

Why is it in the UK there is a group of people that seem to think that driving in the middle lane is okay, It is a lane for passing not cruising

people from there cant drive period. they are on the wrong side of the road in the wrong side of the cars

i stay in the middle lane because people in the fast lane drive like total lunatics (i value my life) and the slow lanes are taken up by slow lorries. the middle's where its at! x

If you notice, there are more members of the Middle Lane Owners Clubs out on a sunday, at least on a weekday people engage their brains before they drive! (sometimes)
that will be the same group of people who sit in the right hand lane of an empty dual carraigeway because they maybe turning right at some point
