Claiming injuries on third party fire and theft insurance?

I have been in an accident that I have had to accept resposibilty for. My insurance is only third party fire and theft so I can not claim anything for the damage to my car but I was wondering if I'd be able to claim injuries on my insurance.

Call your agent and have them check your policy to see if it says anything about bodily injury coverage. If so, then yes, you can claim injuries. But check with your agent to be absolutely sure.
Contact your agent and ask. It entirely depends on your policy. I know here even if you just have liability insurance, there is some amount of protection for Personal Injury.
You would have to carry medical payments first party benefits coverage. You are not the third party. You are the first party. Third party means a claim is made against you. You can't make a claim against or sue yourself
The only injuries your insurance will pay for are those caused by you to anyone else, not to yourself.
