You'd be better off going through Spain to Morocco (short ferry trip). Then through Mauritania and Mali. If your goal is to get there as quick as humanly possible (and obviously it isn't if you're driving) then it's probably possible to do this in about 3 weeks. At a reasonable pace you're looking at something like 2 months. Mali in particular will be slow-going as it's mostly undeveloped desert in the direction your headed, and you'll probably need armed escort. It may even be quicker to go round the coast, where there is some kind of road system, and work your way back up.

Which London? There are several of them in the world. None are near Abuja.

Entirely by road? Not possible! Entirely by car (assuming you use the Chunnel or a ferry to get out of the UK): Quite a while! You're going to have to cross Europe through Turkey, Syria, Jordan, and Suadi Arabia just to get to Egypt and Africa. Then there's crossing the Sahara through Libya and Chad or Sudan and Chad. Can't think of a more dangerous road journey. Weeks? Months?
I believe that you must go through the Chunnel, so, that would take a very long time.
Flying would be much better, if you can do that.
