Quinn Direct do, southern Irish based company but have an office in the north, i have used them myself for jap import, and have discovered there very competitive for any insurance,
Good luck
try footman james, mines an import but not sure if they do N.I.
Type A-Plan insurance into google. they have a Jap import specialist branch(thatcham?) I've got my Skyline with them £500 cheaper yhan the next best. Also try Tescos!
