Answers:
PSV is public service vehicle enables you to drive buses etc
HGV is Heavy goods vehicle depending on the grade 1 2 or 3 different sizes of lorry
Full is a standard driving licence you gain progressing from your provisional once you have past your test.
PSV - Public Service Vehicle - bus and coach drivers.
HGV - Heavy Goods Vehicle - Driving lorries, Trucks etc.
couldnt put it better myself rodd t
PSV no longer exists, used to stand for public service vehicle, has been replaced by PCV, passenger carrying vehicle. Cat D (or DE or D1E) on a licence

HGV no longer exists, used to stand for heavy goods vehicle, has been replaced by LGV, large goods vehicle. Cat C (or CE or C1E) on a licence.

Full means you have passed the respective driving test

The new definitons more closely reflect the true nature of the vehicles being driven
