Car insurance claims, stolen car still not returned by the insurance company after three month?

Answers:
you better get another one then huh
you should get in touch with the insurance as there may be charges for storage and you could be liable for them. Get on the phone and ask for the person in charge and ask them what the hell is going on good luck
if they've given u a total loss offer they may have had the vehicle sent to a scrapyard unless you wanted to retain it then they may be waiting for someone to release it eg the police, if there has been a police investigation very common if someone got hurt or killed.good luck
Just watch out the Insurance are paying the storage,
Never let the insurance have the car if you want to repair it, mind you my imates nsurance once paid out £1 800 for a car worth £ 2000, and I put it back in action for £175..
If you have waited three months after being told your vehicle was recovered, and where it was, it's probably gone by now. Most towing companies won't hold them beyond a month or two. The insurance company isn't responsible to return it to you, you should have gone and recovered the vehicle and then, if there was any damage, made a claim on that. Or if by chance it was not drivable, you should have made arrangements to tow it to a repair shop, found out how much it would be to repair it, and made a claim for that loss to the insurance. I'm sorry, but if you did nothing, you probably don't have a vehicle now, and you don't have a claim since it was lost due to your lack of action after knowing where it was.
If they have already paid-out on the car, it doesn't belong to you anymore.
Well, have you bothered to call your adjuster and ask him/her how long you are expected to wait?
No near enough info from you to figure this one out.
phone the claims manager of the insurer, say that you have a compalint. tell them that you want a response in 24 hours, if you hear nothing phone the compliance officer, who will ask you to complain in writing. say that you are looking for compensation because they have unreasonably kept your car for so long.

If poor resposne, contact FSA and complain
It sounds like your stolen car,was stolen by the insurance company also.
