Taganca tyres .Very slippy! Anyone agree?

I had to change all four tyres on my renault megane to get it through an MOT recently and i was soldTaganca tyres .They seem really bad in the wet. I never had any problem with the tyres that came off my car. They may have been under the minimum depth to pass an MOT but i never had any traction problems like it does now.Anyone know anything about this problem or had a similar experience?

I have never heard of the brand, if they are not working for you go back to the people that installed them and see if you can trade up. If they won't work with you go to the better business bureau
not as bad as "no grip" nankans. dam side ways in a kangoo. not planned either. lol
never heard of the tyres you mention, take it they were cheap! we use marangoni's they seem decent enough.
Cheap tyres that have a "hard" tread compound or a incompatible tread pattern will do this, regardless of the brand.
