Food items you can take airside at an airport?

I work at an airport and it is getting more and more difficult trying to think of things to bring in to eat. ie gravy, stews, pasta in sauce, certain friuts, yoghurts just a few but a lot more on the list. I do not want to eat sandwiches all the time.

If you work at an airport then surely you have security clearence to bring to work what you want. If not i find that very strange.
what about something like the instant meals by lean cusine or something like that? or like uncle ben's rice? this is all pending you have a microwave. you could also try pizza, but theres sauce inside that.
