I was in a car accident about a month ago and my friend was driving. we were knocked off the road and we both suffered minor injuries including whip lash. i was told i could get between £1000 and £5000 in compensation but as my friend did not get the reg of the other car i was rang up the other day saying hey insurance company are not liable. will i still get compensation and where will it come from?! gaz =]
