I have a full motor bike licence do i need to apply for any other documents to start taking driving lessons?

You need a provisional driving licence to start lessons.
As far as i know your full motorbike licence counts as a provisional licence, but do check with police.
I don't think so, normally it counts as a provisional for the other categories, but check at your local driving school or phone the DVLC
Have a look at your driving licence and it will say on it which categories of vehicles you are entitled to drive either fully or provisionally. There's a small picture beside each category that shows the type of vehicle. I think cars are cat B but it will say on the paper portion of your licence. Good on you for doing the most difficult test first i.e. your bike, car should be a breeze afer that coz you can't fall off a car haha.

How did you get a motorcycle license without knowing how to ride first. Question must be worded wrong. Did you pass the written test? Did you pass the road test? If you answer NO to any of those questions. You have to take the Written test to get a permit. This will allow you to learn, Then you have to pass the road test to get a Full Motorcycle License
for taking driving lessions on a car, u can not show bike licence, whether full or provisional. But if you dont knw whether u have a licence for car also, then check on the rear side of the licence card, there will be a displya of the kind of vehicles u can drive.
In case the licence is also given for a car, which u do not know how to drive, then ur licensing deppt is just dumb. he he.
