No you cannot tow it with a 4x4 as the weight of the mobile home is more than the gross weight of the towing vehicle.You would have to have it moved by an articulated lorry and trailer(semi trailer in America) to U.K. destinations. If it could be towed by hooking it up to a heavy goods vehicle it would need the braking system to be hooked up to the air brakes of the towing vehicle. Unfortunately there are no air or hydraulic braking systems fitted to the mobile home. I hope this helps.

A 40-foot park model trailer gets plenty heavy. Just an average trailer can be 8,000-10,000 pounds. That's going to need a full sized truck.

As you call it a caravan, I assume you're a Brit - the Yanks tend to call them travel trailers Park Model travel trailers are almost the same as static caravans). In which case - good luck with narrow British roads - I'd pay someone to do it for you, in your position.

Legally, you are not allowed on the road. Statics tend to have tiny wheels and no road lights or brakes. You would need a flat bed HGV to transport it over any reasonable distance.
I suppose if you're planning to go a couple of miles in the middle of the night with a friend following behind in their car with lights on, you could chance it (but you didn't hear it from me).
