I have 9 points on my licence but at the end of october I was due to have 3 points taken off?
Answers:
DVLA and you need to contact them cos they wont chase you
you wont get a letter, what you can do is contact the dvla and ask them to remove the points from your paper licence, it will cost you, not alot but it will be worth it, good luck
although the points are not valid after 3 yrs they will remain on your paper licence for up to 5 yrs. but u do not have to declare them for your insurance company
The points are not valid after 3 years but they cannot be removed from your licence for another year. After 4 years you can send your licence to the DVLA to have them removed
No one! It's the states responsibility not yours! Most states don't take licenses away anymore on the point system. It's just a government scam to allow their insurance cronies the opportunity to dig deeper in your pockets and spread a little back in the politicians pocket for services rendered!
if the points have been on there for 4yrs then ypu have to get a D1 form from the post office and fill it in to remove expiered points there is a £19 charge for this robbin bastards
If you want your points removed from your license you can send it to dvla but it will cost you if i were you i would leave it as it is cos even if they are written on there it dosn't mean that they are valid if i were you i would wait until all piont are due to come off. In the mean time STOP breaking the law you will never forgive yourself if by doing something wrong whilst driving you kill someone
