Hi, How do I work out the airfoil effieciency of an a340, I know Lift = 30,857.29 p+Drag = 25,071.55 pounds?

Is this your homework by any chance? If so, do what I had to do when I was at school.WORK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF!!
you need to divide the lift plus drag by the lift without drag, this will give you a percentage of the useful lift from the wing.
