Been banned for drink driving but have realised that the reg details were wrong is there anyway of appeal?

People like you make me sick, go on appeal and if the judge has any sense he will ban you for longer and give you a bigger fine and huge court and solicitor costs. So do us all a favor, please appeal you drink driving scumbag.

Am I to assume you deserved to be banned either way? You admit to drinking and driving, pleaded guilty, and now wish to get off on a technicality? Speak to a solicitor. Personally, I'm glad you're banned.
I think it's a case of take your punishment.I don't think they will bother what car you are alleged to of driven.Its you they breathalysed,its you who they took down to the nick and did a blood or urine test on, not the car.Ask a solicitor who will tell you for a fee i'm sure.

consult a solicitor. its a technicality, you pleaded guilty to drink driving, the reg of the car is surely unimportant. personally i think you should be banned for life and publicly whipped, my kids walk the streets while people like you drive on em.
If you drove drunk and killed somebody, it wouldn't matter if you were driving a Chevy or a Opel, the person would still be dead, right? Smarten up, go to AA, and thank your lucky stars you weren't convicted in a country that lined drunken drivers up before the firing squad.
u deserve a ban and no this is classed as a typing error and there for u cant do a thing get a taxi in future
